Our engineering engagement is organized as a defined sequence. Each step produces a clear output that feeds into the next, keeping the build traceable and the decisions documented.

Define

Share your mission profile, payload requirements, aircraft type, operating environment and target cost parameters. If you already have a BOM or component preference, include it. This requirements brief becomes the reference document for all downstream engineering decisions. The more specific you are — altitude, endurance target, payload weight, communication range, regulatory context — the more precisely we can frame the architecture.

Architect

We map the control, power, propulsion and communication stack around your requirements. Each system layer is reviewed for interface compatibility: flight controller to ESC protocol, battery voltage to motor sizing, receiver to antenna configuration, payload interface to data link bandwidth. The architecture document identifies critical interfaces and flags compatibility constraints before any component is selected.

Configure

With the architecture confirmed, we select specific components, firmware versions, interface protocols and kit depth. Each selection is documented with rationale linked to the architecture and mission requirements. The configuration output is a structured BOM with part numbers, specifications and interface notes — organized so you can review every choice before proceeding to integration.

Integrate

Components move through our integration stations in a defined sequence: incoming inspection, subsystem assembly, wiring harness preparation, firmware loading and mechanical fit checks. Each subsystem layer — control, power, propulsion, communication — is assembled and confirmed before integration with the next layer. For complete-aircraft builds, this includes airframe assembly, motor mounting and payload interface installation.

Verify

Bench-level functional testing confirms that the integrated system behaves as designed. We check power-up sequence, sensor data flow, motor response, communication link quality and firmware parameter alignment. For subsystem deliveries, verification focuses on the configured assembly. For complete aircraft, system-level checks include control response, propulsion coordination and a pre-flight readiness review with documented test results.

Deliver

Verified components and systems are packaged to our shipping standards: ESD-safe, moisture-protected and shock-isolated. Complete export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, HS codes, certificate of origin — accompanies every international shipment. You select the shipping method based on timeline and budget. The build arrives documented, verified and ready for final commissioning at your location.

The define and architect stages typically take 3 to 7 business days from initial brief to architecture review. This includes back-and-forth clarification, interface mapping and preliminary component research. Complex or novel platform types may extend this phase.

Configuration & integration

The configure and integrate stages typically span 2 to 6 weeks depending on build depth. A component-only BOM may take 1 to 2 weeks. A matched subsystem build takes 2 to 4 weeks. A complete-aircraft integration with full assembly, wiring and firmware loading takes 4 to 6 weeks.

PHASE / C

Verification & delivery

The verify and deliver stages typically take 3 to 7 business days for bench testing, documentation preparation and packaging. Shipping transit time is additional and depends on the selected freight method: 3 to 7 days for express courier, 5 to 12 days for air freight, or 20 to 40 days for sea freight.

Total engagement: 3 to 8 weeks from brief to delivery

A component-level order with standard parts typically completes in 3 to 4 weeks. A matched subsystem build runs 4 to 6 weeks. A full custom-aircraft integration with verification runs 6 to 8 weeks. Rush processing may be available for time-critical projects — discuss your timeline during the RFQ stage and we will assess what is achievable for your specific configuration. All timelines are confirmed in the quotation and updated throughout the project.
